WOODLAND ALTARS LODGING DEPOSIT POLICY AND PRICE LIST

It is our desire that your scheduled event at Woodland Altars be a success. We have a variety of facilities and we will try to find the appropriate place to meet your needs. Groups from 2 to 250 in the summer and 2 to 150 in the winter may be accommodated. Each facility is listed below with the minimum number required, the deposit and the rate. You are invited to call our office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays to make a reservation. Be sure to couple your event with local activities. You may want to visit Serpent Mound or the Amish Community. We are proud to be a part of Adams County where the natural environment provides a unique atmosphere for your event.

No Linen Services

 All Rates are per person, except for Chalets which rent per night.

Deposits must be paid for a confirmation to be valid. Be sure you have reserved the right building for your group.

Deposits refund schedule is as followes:

90 days before your event            100% refund
89-30 days before your event       50% refund
29 days before your event            0% refund

Meals and Dining Room Service:

The Heritage Lodge has a commercial dining room that can serve up to 100 people. Other lodges have their own independent kitchen facilities where guests may prepare their own meals. All Heritage Lodge rentals include meal service and the cost included in the per person rate.

Banquets: You are invited to schedule a banquet with us. A typical menu consisting of one entrée, vegetables, rolls, desert and beverage starts at $15.00 per person for buffet service or $20.00 per person full table service. The dining room shall be reserved for three hours during this time for programs, weddings, receptions, etc.

Daily Building Use: Ranch: $100.00 Sugar Grove Lodge: $150.00 Heritage Lodge: $200.00 Price does not include meals.

Week-long groups: (five night minimum and includes 15 meals) $35.00 per person per night.

Woodland Altars' Camp Site Rates:

Sites without hook-ups            $15.00 per night
Site with hook-up                     $20.00 per night

Pool Use: No charge for registered guests. Special pool only events are $50.00 minimum for 2 hours 5/25 people. Payment and schedule through office only.

Picnic Area: $25.00 two hour rental and $50.00 day rental.

Hogan &/or cabins: $5.00 per person, per night.

Vendor Parking for special events: $50.00 per site for weekend event, we provide electric hookup.

Challenge Course or Tower: $100 (Minimum 10 users, maximum 30 users, and two leader)

Naturalist: 25.00 per naturalist for one hour session

Return of lost item by mail: $5.0 to cover postage (two pounds and under)
